My 91 year old sister began care under Heartford Hospice over 2 months ago. She was living at Ivy Park at Huntington Beach. I was able to coordinate meeting the nursing staff and they responded to all of my questions and concerns. Our family was confident that our sister received an appropriate level of attention and care in her final weeks to keep her as comfortable and pain free as possible. Thank you!

Heartford hospice was wonderful… They treated the patient, our mom, with the utmost respect and kindness. They listened to family as far as questions and suggestions, and always kept her well-being and comfort as their first priority. We would like to personally think her nurses Eva, Sherlock, and Jenny. They were all exceptional. as we transitioned to the difficult time of losing Ramona, they were there to support us as a family unconditionally… I would highly recommend Heartford to anyone considering Hospice.
Heartford Hospice helped with my mom's care the last few months of her life. They could not have been better to work with. They were responsive, had excellent suggestions and ensured my mom was comfortable in the final months of her life. They lovingly bathed her twice a week even when they had to move her to bed baths. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking hospice services.
While hospice is never a happy experience for all those involved, it certainly is an important service for those in need. Heartford was recommended by the Assisted Care facility my mother was in and they were exceptional. Communication is key in providing compassionate, safe care for a loved one and Heartford proved themselves. All the staff was patient, kind, knowledgeable and most of all genuinely caring. I knew my mother was in good hands for the precious end of life experience.
