Lydia has over 20 years of experience in healthcare specializing in post-acute operations and financial management. She has served in executive leadership roles for home health and hospice agencies nationwide. Caring for hospice patients is a special calling and Lydia is passionate about supporting her team in providing the best-in-class timely and compassionate care to patients and families during the most vulnerable time in their lives. During her free time, Lydia loves to spend time with family and volunteer with individuals with special needs.
